No one ever wants to fly with their child crying - it is hard enough when you are at home and they are crying. To compound the already tough situation is to be surrounded by people that will only complain,
show no empathy or be judgemental which doesn't help the situation at all. Stephen Covey tells a story about being on the subway with a man and his four children and the children were wild. Finally he made
a comment to the man who seemed oblivious to the situation and the man responded "we've just come from the hospital where their mother has just died and we all are not quite sure how to respond." Don't ever
condem until you've walked in the other's shoes. I guarantee you'll come out on the other side with a different opinion.
